Yeah not sure. I was trying to map it to the order in the Previews catalog.
The same thing happened to me with some higher-priced variants. I actually forgot about them (books were not processed on sale date), purchased them elsewhere, and then it showed as being processed. a few months later. I did call TFAW to cancel which they graciously did, but the CSR told me that per the TFAW rules, once an order is placed they have up to 90 days to fulfill the order, and then we can cancel. So keep this in mind.
I did explain to the CSR politely, that this puts me in a bind, because I dont want to buy a book twice, especially a higher priced variant, but I dont want to lose out on a book (if TFAW cannot get it).

I don’t see that in their terms and conditions. I do see that for subscriptions you are obligated for three months of orders from the moment you cancel. Which is BS for comics because we all know anyone can cancel a book up to FOC which is at most 5 weeks.
Says nothing about pre-orders other than you cannot cancel them…I’d challenge them on the 90 day thing if you are able to find it elsewhere. If their distributor is months late Likely TFAW can cancel their order with no penalty. They just don’t want to do the paperwork or deal with the hassel. But why push that annoyance on to your customers? Going to lose business if you’re not flexible.

Yeah didnt bother to verify, but they were OK to cancel my orders, so I was OK. Have started to be a bit more picky with my ratio variants especially the ones that dont have cover images. Starting to realize that not all variants are worth it …my pocketbook and the wife loves my new strategy.

1 for 2 at TFAW is a good ratio adding average. Maybe next time.

yeah i thought that was really odd. literally FOCs today and they pulled it?
Looks like they are changing foc dates again. We may be waiting awhile and wasting a lot of data.
