Doesn’t popculturezone pre-sell CGC 9.8s?
Yes can also preorder cgc 9.8 from them. But i mostly get new books from them. they sell 10 packs which are very competitive.
Got an order from Street Level Heroes today. Had ordered on Black Friday and didn’t hear a thing. Emailed them a week ago and got a response saying it was going out the next day. Assuming they forgot about my order.
The books arrived today well packed and in good condition. Got a few fun covers for what turned out to be a well below cover price including shipping. Nothing really speccy, but I just really like these covers.

Well delivery from unknowncomics jus a min ago… at 1st glance had me worried about the inside.
But the inside went unscathed so that was a relief.

Received 2 orders from TFAW. They were a replacement order for 3 damaged X-Men #12 3rd Prints and 3 copies of Dept. of Truth #1’s. Both were packaged in the rigid envelopes and arrived undamaged.
There was unfortunately a few issues. The first being they sent 1 replacement copy of XM12 instead of the 3 I was owed. The second just being very minor that I’ve yet to have a Do Not Bend sticker on any of my shipments. The sticker missing itself isn’t a big deal. Just that my account is setup to have that sticker and I’ve yet to see one and I’ve mentioned it previously.
I am more than likely switching over to another shop that has their stuff together. They have excellent service but I shouldn’t have to contact them every order with issues. They also have excellent pricing on ratio variants but I generally don’t buy those unless they’re cover price.
Do what you will. You gave them plenty of business and still not up to your satisfaction. I think you need a LCS to where you can pick up your copies physically. Just an opinion. “Dont shoot the messenger” lol

I’m picky but I shouldn’t have to contact customer service every order. I don’t think expecting my items to arrive in the right quantity or undamaged is asking for a lot. Between damaged books being sent, books being damaged during shipping, wrong quantity, book ordered pre FOC not being fulfilled. I’ve had enough. I’ve never had this many issues consistently with anyone.
Like I said their customer service is top notch but I don’t want to have to deal with it on almost every order. I’m sure they will make my most recent problem right but it’s the fact that there’s a problem yet again with an order.
I’m starting to order more from Unknown comics. Prices are mostly the same as Tfaw except the bags and boards are free from Unknown. My last order with Tfaw was $35 extra just for bags and boards. I was also able to get two of the KING IN BLACK GWENOM VS CARNAGE #2 (OF 3) FLAVIANO DESIGN VA 1:10 for $6 each which it looks like they still have in stock

I also got an order from Wanted Comics for their Star Wars High Republic #1 store variant and they were well packed in gemini mailers inside priority envelopes and arrived minty fresh. There was also a note to be on the look out for news of their SWHR #2 store variant
And shipping over $100 is free for unknowncomics so btwn bags n boards that’s $50 ur saving right there. Not to mention the points you earn for $10 off etc. I tried Tfaw for my monthly’s but the fees related doesnt equal the savings they have. My latest order was an extra $100 for taxes bagsboards and shipping. So Tfaw has become my incentive/ratio/variants that I miss on unknowncomics. Tfaw is great… but I’d prefer to save a little more to buy more books.

I hope unknown is at least charging taxes for your orders if we were. If not they’re going to run into some troubles…
Aren’t you worried about them picking out all the 9.8s for their CGC slabs? TFAW isn’t in that business right?
PCK does free shipping over $100, can do bulk, includes bags/boards for no extra charge, and is not a 9.8 CGC type retailer. PCK didn’t want to brag but they can do the same as unknown and I don’t think I have seen a bad review for them yet. All of my orders from them were packaged very well with 0 damages.
