I’ve got damages to half of my TFAW order. All in the same corner. Books were bagged and boarded, but loose packed with peanuts.

Order #1 to arrive today was from TFAW. Not a one had a corner ding, yippee, books look great. However, I did notice a very slight U bend to the stack; I’m thinking something is off with the bag+board equation here causing this, hmmm. I was a little worried when I opened up the Gemini and they had shifted as shown.
Best order I’ve received from TFAW.
Order #2 from MCS also arrived in great condition. I love how they put the foam inserts inside the boxes so stuff can’t shift around. Happy my Nottingham #2 looks good so I can sell him immediately and pay for more comic adventuring. Lots of reading to catch up with, seriously behind waiting on books.

More than likely the bend is from the boards themselves. I see the same thing with my orders.
So, I bought 10 of these. Then I went back to check to see how many they had in stock, so I put in a really big number. Apparently they have over 1 million copies.
Lets see if I get my 10 copies…

This looks like poorboys, you’ll get them. If you go to the next payment screen it will auto adjust.

Haha only noticed because of the color scheme on the checkout, remembered thinking to myself that’s interesting and that they were the only site to have that color scheme I’ve come across. I also picked up my wolverine #6 and x-force #13 from them when they first came out.

First purchase from Villain Gaming (CHU promo code motivated me), $116 total shipped. Bubble wrapped slab in an oversized box with good packing peanuts, was shipped quickly. Good place to keep in mind.

Has anyone been able to email tfaw customer service today?
My emails to them today keep bouncing back as email does not exist

Odd, they might have issues and not even aware.
That error indicates the mailbox doesn’t exist.
And they use Google Gsuite for their email from the looks of it. Maybe someone did a big no no and removed the “service” account alias or group?
