We’re actually migrating servers this weekend. Wasnt supposed to cause any issues but guess it did.
Yeah, that shouldn’t affect your email (unless you’re moving email to a new host or provider), but then, you should be able to do that without issues and it being seemless without losing emails. Done plenty of those in my lifetime. 
I ordered from a place called Superworld Comics and they ghosted me for 15 days(it was actually 16, I paid them on April 12th) without a reply about tracking or anything. I was pretty surprised by this seeing as they have a website(obviously) and an active Facebook and Instagram but had never ordered with them before so you never know. It was also a $220 transaction which added to my paranoia about this.
Anyway after my 3rd or 4th email to them with no response I filed a claim with paypal and emailed them to tell them about it and of course got a reply within a few hours. Not sure if I will ever order with them again or not after this. I guess it depends on what the free book is. Not sure if I feel this was an honest mistake or not. Doesn’t seem like it but it could be.
If I ran an online store or any business, my customer service “email” account would be tied to a ticketing system so no email is “lost”. This way you can track what’s been responded to an what hasn’t been responded. It’s not hard people…

A lot of comic stores are stuck in the late 90s for computer services at best.
Yeah and they grumble at you for even showing up to look through their hoard of back issues… it’s like they seriously just setup a shop as an excuse to get away from their nagging wife or something at home. They don’t really want to sell you their books…
