Of course but when people are paying that much, it’s noteworthy. I’d rather spend less for a new book and sell for x8 ratio, especially when I don’t even need to hold it. Then, use that money on an older key.

I’ll buy any book and flip it for 8x what I paid.
My comment was about those paying 8x ratio. To @monopolyjackson point, not a scarce book and the character isn’t established. There are much better books out there for $200. Especially now when the market is going through an adjustment.

When I see Unknown selling a possible spec, marvel pre-order for under ratio, I know it’s a death sentence. I don’t think this approach has ever failed me
