It didnt “sell out”. Midtown will have more copies available in the next few weeks, just like they did with Wonder Woman 800 2nd print 1:25
And its definitely not heating up…

I don’t think so. There were good presale prices, and it being a 1:50 it was probably hard to find. Cover artist with some heat too.

Artist isnt that good, though. MCS & Midtown did have it for $60…

Ebay sales going up would indicate a book “heating up”…

I guess I forget what makes this book worth $50? I don’t see any new characters mentioned in the solicitation. Are you speculating on a new Alpha Flight team?
You have to wait for the third issue for the identity reveal but there is potentially a new Nemesis introduced this issues. Her identity is revealed in the third issue
“a startling revelation shocks ALPHA FLIGHT and changes the course of FANG, AURORA and NORTHSTAR’s secret mission! Who is the new NEMESIS?!”

I think a lot are here to speculate but perhaps start another topic on “What new releases are you speculating on?” as this topic is kind of geared towards books that are “already heating up” or have heated up…
