You should get a prize @Anthony
Can you make Golden Apple ship me some of my signed momokos? I’ll be lucky to get them by Christmas.
I can’t believe I’ve never thought to video opening a package. Truly a “duh” kind of realization but I learn something here pretty much every day.
Lol. What i do?
Congrats on being lucky 1000. You win a No-Prize.
That’s hardcore Alana. But I respect it
Word. Respect. I agree if you can’t hold a pre order on a hot book, repeatedly at that, your done seeing my business. I’m telling you, I hate a witch hunt as much as the next person but sooner than later we are gonna need a online and in store blacklist to save us the time and money spent on all these shenanigans.
Absolutely nothing…
You sound more and more like my wife.
She sends me random comics from your collection to annoy you on CHU…
About five years ago I bought a Hulk 181 on Amazon… the package was a yellow envelope with obviously no cardboard backing. I took a video opening it and of course it was a comic worth about $1. I got a full refund from Amazon. Hopefully it was enough of a loss to where they actually went after the D-bag.
What did u pay for it?
$570
That’s crazy. I would have suspected Amazon did a better job at screening merchants but I guess not.
I did get my money back quickly but that was the last big collectible purchase I made on there. Just newer and cheaper spec stuff now. Rarely anything over $25 a pop.
At this exact moment we are 7 days after release on DM 3 and 14 days after Death Metal Legends.
Total Completed and Active listings on eBay as of this exact moment for all variations:
DM3: 1,450
Legends: 2,061
I have all my copies filed away. I don’t sell until the FOMO builds after the comic sits and churns for some time.
Same here.
Yeah I’m holding my copies. I have 9 DM 2A, 7 Legends and 4 DM3F. Also have 24 copies of Legends that are supposed to ship from Unknown, although none have shipped yet and I don’t expect them to. I think a lot of buyers are still hoping their online orders eventually get to them, and when they don’t, they’ll start buying up the cheap copies on eBay.
