At first I imagined Anakin without arms and legs getting it on with Padme…then remembered Padme was dead and this story takes place before all that.

I went in their for about 5-10 minutes and had instant regret. I had a bad experience with their first High Republic CBE Exclusive and customer service was utterly terrible. Then I watch the guy auction off the High Republic #1 CBE Exclusives and grossly overstate the market value of the set, trying to jack bids up. I bailed out immediately after that.

Pretty incredible, the prices people are bidding/paying for those Kirkhams when in auction format.
The buy it now price is fair I suppose, but I haven’t seen the trade/virgin set go for less than $200 in auction.
To each their own of course.

Whatnot is really an annoying way to try and get a comic as a buyer. If you just want one book, you have to sit through rounds of other books waiting for what you want. Then, only a hand full get put up that sell while you are trying to click on them. Then you have to sit around through a bunch of blather for another round of the book you want to try and buy. Whatnot is great for a seller wanting an ego trip and attention. I won’t be wasting my time with that again. If I want something, I want to go to a site, buy it, and then move on with my life. Sitting around listening to babble and corny background music is a waste of my time.

I don’t pretend to know what people are thinking, but maybe they are speculating that it will perform like the Invincible Kirkham Whatnot exclusive.
On another note, when’s the last time Kirkham did interiors?
