For big heavily advertised shows, maybe. Regular little sellers are pretty legit tho. I mean, I’m legit and other sellers I’m friends with are too. I’ve not heard of us smaller guys/gals pulling anything.

Most people just cut the drunk wooky stuff out. That’s why we have to overlay it on top of the cover images.
Personally if they plug the site I’m good with the graphics theft lol.
Also those dude paying 300 for a set are wild. But you want what you want I guess.

$28 Trade/$38 Virgin BIN…lets put up less than 300 copies BIN in two days…Do auctions and get shill bids and it goes for $200+…Sketchy, I would never buy from that guy
There is what 3000 Trades and 1000 Virgins?. He didn’t even sell 1000 total in 2 days?. Creates a false sense of FOMO. And now we start seeing the flippers listing on flipbay at $190-$200
I wanted the Kirkham set and was willing to buy both at the BIN prices…He never put more than 60 at a time and would sell out almost immediately, and only put up a few 100 FS with BIN prices

And some use to get mad at CHU for doing logo overlay on spoiler images. We got tired of others stealing the spoiler images and passing them off as their own. Just give credit where credit is due if you find it elsewhere, it’s not hard.

Those guys are crooked as hell. Looking at what’s been going on, they clearly are shilling the bidding AND intentionally keeping supply off the market to pump up the price. People should complain to Kirkham so he doesn’t do any more exclusives for these jerks.

UPDATE Aaron Witten from the Star Wars Comic Books Facebook Group let me know that these covers will be sold in 4 other stores to serve the U.S. and Canadian markets. The Comic Mint, KRS Comics, and Eastside Comics in the U.S. and Mutant Beaver in Canada.
And there will only be 600 virgin covers available with 3000 trade dress variants. All virgins will come with a numbered COA.
