Just heard a rumor that there is some allocation going on with HR 1s from a store owner. He suspects it is for post FOC orders with all the stores asleep at the wheel waking up and trying to up their orders. 
Two LCS I talked to today told me that Diamond is stating that 1/6/2020 orders will be delayed 24-48 hours as well. So, check with your LCS if they are putting out books 1/7.
Ut oh… Are people gonna lose their minds cause allocation was mentioned?

Other spec groups will spread rumors about you too.
My LCS is getting their full shipment, so any allocations would on after FOC orders.
I guess this means that Marvel did not overprint enough to meet demand, which is a good problem to have for stores and speculators that ordered big.

Yeah, it’s called “let’s create more demand” when there’s already a 2nd printing for order… it’s a ploy likely to create… chaos… see meme above.

So does anyone know what time midtown posts up next week’s books?
It’s anywhere between 11am (CST) and 5pm (CST) I’ve seen them get posted or updated. Basically if you have the day off, just keep refreshing…
Lately been around 2-3pm. I’m home all day and that’s usually when I notice the switch.
I pretty much stopped ordering from Midtown so I stopped caring about checking out Wednesdays books until a bit later in the day or week…
I don’t even know what comes out on weds anymore I order so far in advance at tfaw
@Alana same. My preorders are up thru Feb.
@agentpoyo I check for the sold out books. To see if theres something I need sooner to flip that’s “in demand” I notice when midtown sells out most shops do too or it creates a buzz about a book and u know the rest. 8/10 I usually have the book preordered so I’m good. But unknowncomics takes forever and Tfaw is quicker but if I grab a couple copies of a book else where its shipped before either and up for sale it goes.
