I like to throw in freebies that are decent because I think it helps alleviate buyers remorse sometimes. I sold 3 X-men 4 slabs this week for pretty much record high prices so I threw in a raw copy of x-men 5 and x-men 282 with each one.
Do you send back the original as a return, or do you spend money out of your own pocket?
Iāve actually only sent books like that back once and it was out of my pocket it made me feel good so it was worth the few bucks.
Thatās awesome.
Wow. Ordered books online for the first time and East side comics didint send me the virgin Mayhew MARCHION RO - but sent me 2 of the regular versions and canāt get me the virgin as they are sold out. Wow
Are they sold out of refunds?
āHereā¦have something you didnāt order and weāll keep your moneyā¦this is good business, no?ā
Exactly. The solution is to give me another regular cover of 60% off. If you canāt get it right / at least make it right. I feel they have done neither.
Donāt accept that. You didnāt get what you paid for. You should receive a 100% refund on the missing item, including any associated shipping fees.
If they want to send you something you didnāt order, that is their choice, but expecting you to pay for something you didnāt order is out of the question, imo.
If they want the second book back, they are responsible for return shipping labels and all associated costs, including your time. Donāt let them get away with this. Call them out. Make them honest. M2c.
Iād have to agree with exactly this. If they donāt reply or play nice, then file a dispute. Thatās really crappy business on their part.
You canāt send something through the mail unsolicited and expect payment for it without a prior agreement.
that I may be considered fraud, to be honest.
The SW High Republic #6 Momoko is a 1:25 ratio it appears. Regular cover B artwork does not look like it has been revealed yet. Sorry if it was already said earlier in the thread.
That 1;25 will be very sought after.
