It’s funny because one thing you have to remember is that speculation is an echo chamber. Part of my job here is to report on what is hot but also to guess which books based on knowledge what is going to be hot. So in promoting books, I guess I am pumping books. Not meant to be devious or whatever but we do see things talked about here echoed elsewhere. So what is the solution? To stop trying to tip off people in this group to what is going to be hot?
I think intent matters, or atleast the perception of one’s intent. I don’t think showing a book once or giving tips or recommendations is pumping or has any nefarious connotation.

Wrong person. Logan is the wrestler. His brother is the boxer. I dig Logan. I cant stand his brother.

Theyve both been involved in some shady crypto stuff, but I have generally been much more annoyed with the boxer than the wrestler.
I didn’t realize there was two of them…shows you how much I pay attention to those two sports.
