True I didnt count the Avengers book and I see the 1 month difference between Cap #25 and All New #1. Just Cap 25 doesnt have the outfit on the cover. I have em already just tryna imagine how the Youtubers and FOMO makers are going to lean to move copies.

Agreed…there are some really great covers to All New Captain America #1 as well with regards to variants. I love the design variant, Ross cover, and Pichelli cover.
All of these can be found for pretty cheap in atypical places aside from ebay.
Yeah I have the Pichelli. The No Flex one. The design variant teg cover A and the young all good clear shots of the costume.

I don’t remember where I heard this, but it’s been said that Avengers #35 (vol. 5) is the first cover appearance of Sam in the Cap costume. He’s not in the issue, only a glimpse on the cover.
If ur referring to this… yeah even Key Collector, Flipside etc state this as well. I acknowledge it’s the 1st it just doesnt look good lol

And I know WE know what books are THE books but from a salesman standpoint I’m wondering if the clear cover of Cap 1 will overtake the other books because of the image. My friend called me last night and hes a novice to comics especially anything after 1995 but he has 2 sons now and he likes Falcon so he seen the issue and was hype. So I was figuring that others like him will fall in line and buy for cover and not guts.

Be sure to check for Truth #1 at your shops. I still feel like folks aren’t paying attention to this series/book.
I had copies, but was surprised to find another while out and about.

I have Truth 1 as well. Wasnt sure how that would play out.
Idk is it the cover I posted above? I tried to search for Falcon covers and only got that 1
some speculators are out there snapping up Truth. All my copies of 1 and 3 sold off ebay - 1st appearance and 1st as Cap. I’m surprised the other issues haven’t picked up yet since they are so low printed… especially #6 with him as Cap on the cover.
I still kept 2 full sets for my PC though for longer term spec.
Someone can always go ahead and buy the Truth #1 listed on Amazon for $902.00???

The way people are specing Falcon and Winter Soldier they expect 75 characters and new identities to show up in the 200 minutes in the 5 remaining episodes.

It’s ridiculous. This is when you know the hobby is ruined or close to it. Everyone is scrabblimg to make a buck and using artificial hype to create demand.

I blame mando season 2 lol. It was the cameo season with all these different characters so it made people think that any character could show up at any time. I deff dont remember people over analyzing and speccing as hard when the first mando season was out
People are bored, working from home, coming back to hobbies collecting things they don’t normally collect… when everyone is vaccinated and the world gets back to normal, most will leave and all these prices will crash…

I like the cameo’s and rumors from both a speculating aspect and an entertainment aspect.
I’ve made a good amount of money off falcon and winter soldier so far and it’s only one episode in.
I’m on to buying Loki and black widow stuff now though.
