Yeah Grace Randolph said that like during season 1 or 2 or something, i’m calling CAP
What can he do to help Mando?
well, if this season wasnt such a clusterfuk…
It doesn’t surprise me. I don’t revel in it either, though. I want Star Wars to be as good as it can be. I’m hopeful for tomorrow’s (tonight’s) episode.
The good thing is, if this keeps going down in ratings they can just move the focus from Mando and Grogu to the Mandalorians re-building their civilization. The can call it: The Mandalorians!!!
To be honest I have been enjoying this season for the most part though.
Now that Mando has Bo-Katan as his sidekick it’s even more like I’m watching Buck Rogers again.
I actually enjoyed Erin Gray a bit more though.
It has already been suggested that is what they are doing.
There’s a lot of differences between the first three seasons outside of the story that can explain the decline…and clearly it’s still top 3 Disney+ Star Wars (viewership)…but all of us watching it knows it’s missing that special magic the first 2 seasons put out there. It’s like it’s just a continuation of books of boba or Obi-wan…it has its moments but overall just not great.
With the ratings it’ll likely get another season unless they’re ready to wrap this up in a blockbuster movie story.
Mandalorian season 2 wasn’t all that great until the last couple minutes which was jaw dropping and no way you could ever top that in season 3.
Not only is it the best 4 mins out of anything Star Wars it might be the best 4 minutes in cinematic history.
No way… watching Free Willy go Free was the best cinematic experience in history…
The story is finally going somewhere. Pieces are adding up.
This episode was the most cinematic of the season. All around very good episode.
Thrawn is coming! Right?
Yep! We got Pellaeon and Hux (maybe and elder Hux the senior?)! That shadow council was awesome to see.
I thought Ig-12, the new imperial super commandos, proto praetorian guard, and Gideon’s new suit all looked great! I think they knocked this episode out of the park.
The first time we see the T-Rex in, “Jurassic Park,” is a pretty seminal cinematic moment.
Oh man, that Zoom in on poor, recovering Grogu is clutch. You can tell he senses Luke approaching.
Grogu in the IG suit saying no and yea is my favorite thing today.
It was nice to see the Praetorian in real action as opposed to simply looking cool and getting their butts handed to them in one scene in the sequels.
Need to clad IG-12 in beskar so Grogu can officially have his Mando armor.
Btw…if there’s an IG-88…doesn’t that mean IG numbers up to 88 are already spoken for, including 12?
