As a huge Conan fan, and the animated announcement, i realized / was reminded id never seen the 2025 Red Sonja movie.
Found it free on Tubi, watched 20 minutes, and turned it off.
I wasnt expecting much but my gosh what a mess for just that short period of time.
I actually didnt think Supergirl was all that bad. Its not as good as the book, but comic adaptations rarely are. Its an ok movie.
Has anyone watched the movie Backrooms. I went down the rabbit hole on YouTube and this has me intrigued. What were your thoughts on it?
I heard itās good but can be pretty slow at times. I almost went to see it but said to myself I can wait for it on streaming.
Itās weird and has an unsatisfying ending like many A24 films. I saw it in theaters.
Ugh. I want to watch it before I watch it streaming with my daughter. Sheās 11 and not really a horror fan but has an interest in this movie because we played the Backroom games on Minecraft.
I took my 13 year old to see it. No nudity. Weird violence and maybe one jump scare. Just odd surrealism.
Watched Disclosure Day last nightā¦ It was wellā¦ weird. Itās like Spielberg is trying to hard. Was really hoping for more alien sci-fi but I"m gonna say, save your money and wait for streaming. I will say some of the cinematography shots were really good and cool in the settings they were doing with lights and such and the acting was good, but overall the story plot was meh as most of the movie I was likeā¦ where are they going with this and then it became kind of obvious.
Disclosure Day was disappointing. The story offered no surprises. Whenever Emily Blunt wasnt on the screen the movie was very pedestrian.
Watched OBSESSION (its on Peacock now). Holy F^%K thats a damn good movie. The lead acctress deserves an Oscar.
On a side note, hereās a short film from Neil Blomkamp (director of District 9, Chappie, Gran Turismo, Elysium etc). This is a fully AI movie made with Seedance 2.0 and features real people doing the voices. Im pretty blown away how real it looks.

I saw it in theaters. It was really entertaining. I donāt get the online complaining. The Dolph cameo was great, and as a MOTU fan, I got a lot of the Easter eggs. The theme song is awesome.

He-Man is still a very niche audience I think. Boys who lived in the 80s playing with He-Man that survived into adulthood are the people primarily watching a movie like this. That was the audience I saw at the theaterā¦
I watched it. It was fun just like everybody else said cheesy popcorn flick.
I was wary of MOTU but heard enough positive talk to see it in theatres. Much better than I expected and yes, we found a villain Jared Leto was right for.
